This is Hitsumabushi which is the local dishes in Nagoya. We eat special type of it. It cost more than 2000 yen. This look like unagi-don. This dish uses eel. I think how to eat is a little difficult. Because this has 3 kinds of ways. ①AS IT IS! ②PUT SPICE ON IT!! ③PUT SPICE STOCK ON IT AND STOCK!!! Hitsumabusi's taste was so good. I like it.
