My annoying neighborヾ(*｀ε´*)ﾉ

I live an apartment and many people live ther too. I have a question. It's very big and important.
So I'm annoyed noise from my neighbor. For over one year!!! I stand.
But....... irritable!! irritable!! irritable!!ヾ(*｀Д´*)ノ"

Recently It's not so frequently. But they make noise midnight. I can't sleep.(｡´Д⊂)
I can't tell complaint to them or property.　(*´；ェ；`*)
I want to move earnestly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But I must stand................(-ω-｀;｡)
Everyone!!!! Be careful. Don't make noise. Be not felt bad.
